What format are the photos in?

 
Artwestimage.com images are in high resolution JPEG format for online download and will work perfectly for computer and digital device screensavers, wallpapers, collage posters or as 8" X 10" individual color prints. Images may also be used for larger, up to 30" X 36", high quality (RAW) art productions, but must be requested via email. Simply send us a message using our "Contact Us" link or email management staff via their personal email address. We will return email with more information in an effort to fulfill your custom requests.  Common fulfillment is done for poster art, custom framed and gallery quality canvas wraps for home and office decoration. We can also provide custom print work on consumer goods such as tapestries, linens, dishware, coasters, puzzles and similar products where applicable.  
 

Why should I pay for Artwestimage.com images, when I can get other images online for free?


Our screensaver and wallpaper images are provided to you in a one-of-a-kind custom format. You can't get these images, by these photographers, anywhere else. Because of their rarity, our images have value that other stock images don't have. Other photographers post their material on a myriad of sites, which are funded by paid advertising. How can I purchase the displayed images?
 
Just select the screensaver and wallpaper images you would like to purchase by adding them to your shopping cart on the website. Go to the checkout area and provide your Paypal or credit card information at Paypal's digitally protected web store.  Following payment, you will be redirected to our website via automatic email with an encoded e-link you may download your purchased images, free of copyright watermarks. The process is fully automated and takes less than an hour. Once your e-link has been sent, you have 72 hours to download your images on your computer.
 
 
If you wish, download any or all our images, for the next 12 months by purchasing a yearly subscription to our site. One easy payment of $99.99 allows one-time downloading of all our current images at the time of payment receipt and for the next 12 months! Each time a photographer adds images, you will have access to one download of each item. Sign up and provide Paypal payment using our subscriptions link for immediate downloading rights to all our images at a great discounted price! The more screensavers and wallpaper you download, the better the value!
 

Your website states I can register for free and email or store photos to a "lightbox". What are they?

 
A lightbox is a passworded "folder" on a website that you create, in which you can store, manage, and share by email links to images of interest to you and your family or friends.  Lightboxes are designed to help you get your screensaver and wallpapers organized before purchase. When you find an image on our website that you like, you can save it to a lightbox you've created and continue searching. There is no need to jot down the image number, particularly if you don't plan on purchasing images immediately. You can add them to the lightbox and save it until the next time you enter our site.  Most people use lightboxes to store links to images they're interested in relating to a particular subject, project or client. Once you've created a lightbox and added images to it, you can remove images that no longer interest you, email the lightbox to yourself or other people. Your recipient can open your email and by clicking on the photo link, go directly to our site! Share them with as many people as you like! The best advertising is "word of mouth" or in this day and age....EMAIL! 
 
How often are new images added to the site?
 

From time to time, check back for our "Newest Media" to see the latest images posted by our photographers. Images are regularly added by our photographers as they complete expeditions throughout the year. For the latest news, see the news headlines on our homepage. The mini-articles will alert you to coming issues. Purchase as often and as many as you like!

 
Can I submit images to sell?
 
The only images that we sell are the ones taken by Artwestimage.com and it's partners. Additional photographers will be accepted with approval by our membership committee. All partners must agree to abide by site policies and procedures before being allowed to submit photography images for sale. Feel free to register, with full name and email address included, using our "Contact Us" interface. You will be contacted within 72 hours of your inquiry to begin the application process. Our membership committee reserves the right to refuse photography partnership at any time, for any just cause. Upon approval, photographers will be provided with "upload" access to the site and instructions to set up a payment account with Paypal.
 

Do you offer refunds?

 

Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full download access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. If uncertain about our unique way of doing business, simply purchase one $1.00 image to test the process!

 
Are there any restrictions on my use of the Artwestimage.com photos that I download?
 

Yes. While Artwestimage.com offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses by the purchaser, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.

 
Is account sharing allowed?
 

No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.
