- Description: Mirror Lake is a lake in the high Uinta Mountains in Utah. It is a popular fishing and recreation spot. Access to the lake is by the Mirror Lake Highway, open during the summer months. The lake's name comes from the near-perfect reflection of the surrounding mountains and trees seen while walking on the trail surrounding the entire lake. Mount Agassiz and the westernmost ridge in the Uinta's appear prominently in the background.
