- Title: Woman in the Wind Portrait
- Description: In July of 2023, we had the pleasure of a second trip to Antelope Canyon just three weeks after the summer solstice! The canyon light was bright in many areas, which allowed us to capture very different colors and shapes as compared to those of our original visitation in November of 2007. One of our canyon favorites, the Woman in the Wind feature, is a major attraction. As the light streamed directly on this unique sandstone arch, it was easy to see how it got its name. The "eye" of the arch is uniquely similar in appearance to what we saw in 2007, but the women's features have been worn a bit. Compare this image with our previous photograph, from sixteen years before.
