- Title: Havasu Falls Portrait
- Description: Havasu Falls, on the Havasupai Reserve, south of Grand Canyon requires hiking a 12 mile trek from Hilltop to Supai, then to the falls location. Supai Village, located within Havasu Canyon, is not accessible by road. The Havasupai Tribe administers the land, which lies outside the boundary and jurisdiction of Grand Canyon National Park. Artwestimage image staff visited the site in 2007, prior to the big floods from August of 2008. This image was shot on an early morning in late December, from the travertine pools in the valley floor. This image was shot with a 14mm f/2.8L II lens and a 1 second exposure at f/5.6, ISO 100.
